Overnight Oats

Overnight oats have completely changed my morning routine and I'm confident it will do the same for you too. In our crazy every day routines, we need simple; no hassle. In my experience, if my breakfast isn't readily available for me, or it takes longer than 15 minutes to make, i'll skip it. Breakfast is the last thing on my mind in the morning, and we all know it should be the first. Being that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I am making it a point to create healthy, simple and quick meals from here on out.

Special Tools: USE A 1 PINT MASON JAR

Steel Cut Banana, Strawberry & Honey Overnight Oats.
1/2 c. Steel Cut Oats (substitute for quick oats if you'd like)
1/2 Almond Milk
1 T. Brown Sugar

Toppings.
Banana
Strawberries
Dash of Cinnamon
Drizzle of Honey
Raisins

Directions:
Place your steel cut oats, almond milk and brown sugar and raisins in your mason jar and seal tight. Shake and place in fridge to sit overnight. Pull your jar out in the morning, add your bananas, strawberries, honey and a little bit of cinnamon.
