I snapped a few pictures of my New Years Eve party I hosted at our getaway, "The Virginia House" this past weekend. If you'd like some ideas for next year, I've got you covered. First of all, you don't need expensive champagne glasses (especially if you have a large party). Michaels craft store sells "fancy" plastic champagne glasses that can be reused for the following year. Accessorize with decorative paper straws and add some candy in cupcake liners for everyone to take with their glasses. Have champagne ready for the adults and sparkling cider for the kiddies. The #PARTY balloons really finished off the decor! Find the balloons, as well as amazing party supplies (here).
Set up an ice cream bar to snack on before midnight strikes. Don't go overboard, keep it simple. Everyone loves simple!
