ALWAYS DATE.
It's so easy to get wrapped up in our crazy lives and forget the most important thing…spending time with each other. Always remember to take time out of your schedule, to DATE. This doesn't mean you have to get dressed up or spend a ton of money. Something as simple as having a picnic at your local park will do. This just allows the two of you time away from everything and time to reconnect. Rj and I love to grab some quick to-go meals, snacks and a little dessert. Find out how to make an fall apple treat that will go with any of your picnic dates!
Fall Apple Bites
1 Pack Crescent Rolls
3 T. Butter, melted
2 t. Cinnamon
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
Pastry Brush
Parchment Paper
1 Apple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pop open your crescent rolls and separate them. Mix the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Place two apples on each crescent roll and use your pastry brush to brush on the mixture. Roll them up and brush a little bit of the mixture on top of the roll as well. Place rolls on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 5-6 minutes, depending on your oven.
Um, yum.
The end. A sleepy man with a full belly and a sweet bully.
