Mini Strawberry Shortcakes



Shortcakes Mix:
Bisquick Mix 
2/3 c. Milk  
3 T. Butter, melted
1/2 c. Sugar 

Strawberry Mix: 
2 T. Sugar
4 c. Sliced Strawberries
Coolwhip 

Optional:
(I bought everything from Michaels craft store!)
Mason Jars
Crate
Gingham Ribbon 
Wooden Spoons


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
Mix bisquick mixture, milk, sugar and butter together. Use a cookie scoop to drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or just until the tops are golden brown. Break apart the shortcakes and place in the mason jars (I put one shortcake in each). 



Mix strawberries and sugar together and place on top of the shortcakes. 


Top with cool whip! The gingham ribbon and wooden spoons are optional but make it that much cuter! Perfect for your Fourth of July festivities!
