Easter Egg Macaroons

You'll need:
-1/2 cup butter
-1/8 teaspoon of salt
-3/4 cup of sugar
-3 eggs
-6 cups of shredded coconut
-nutella
-one bag of m&m peanuts

You'll want to start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. After you've pulled out your mixer, beat your butter, salt and sugar together.

Slowly add eggs, one at a time.

Add your shredded coconut until well mixed.

Plop your mixture onto a greased pan and create the look of a nest with your fingers. Place in the over for 20-25 minutes or until you see the coconut flakes turn a gold brown.

After they have had time to fully cool off, drop about a spoonful of nutella in the middle of your nests...add your eggs and your nests are done!

If your interested in making this cute little display for your macaroons all you need to do is run to the dollar section at target! I found this wooden box there and painted it in a pretty peach color and added some easter grass.
