Mini Cinnamon Rolls


Here's a little fun fact for you..I'm addicted to all things mini (especially food!). So I thought I'd give this a try and you should as well...

Mini Cinnamon Rolls:
-Pillsbury Crescent Roll
-Mini pan 
-Wax paper
-Butter (for spreading)
-Cinnamon
-Rolling Pin

Icing:
-3/4 cup confectioners sugar
-2 tablespoons of milk 
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract



Use your butter all over the wax paper so that your dough won't stick to the wax paper. Sprinkle cinnamon (and sugar if you'd like) all over the dough. 


Use your rolling pin to gently roll out the bubbles and edges. 


Roll up your extra large cinnamon roll. 


Use a knife to gently cut small pieces. 


Preheat your over to 350 degrees, spray your pan and place your adorable little minis in them. While your waiting for them to bake (7-9 minutes) whip up the glaze. 


Add 3/4 cup confectioners sugar. 


Add 2 tablespoons of milk. 


Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 


Wisk it all together and drizzle over your warm, delicious and addicting mini cinnamon rolls.
