Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ok, so I've never been a big fan of any sort of coffee beverage, but the Starbucks pumpkin spice latte completely won me over! Unfortunately, getting one every morning on my way out would be entirely to expensive...therefore, I wanted to learn how to make my own in order to save some money a few days a week. It's also helpful during those times when your craving a psl but it's to gross to run out to get one! This is the perfect copy cat recipe to add to your recipe book! ENJOY!

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (save the rest in the fridge for later!)
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso

Toppings:
Whipped Cream/Cool Whip
A little touch of ground cinnamon

Directions:
In small saucepan, combine
-milk
-pumpkin
-sugar
-pumpkin pie spice
-vanilla extract
Place the small saucepan over medium-high heat and stir
Bring to a boil and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy (about a minute)
Divide the mixture between two large mugs and slowly pour 1/2 cup of coffee into each mug.
Top each mug with whipped cream/cool whip, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top and enjoy this lovely fall treat!
