You'll need:
Iron-on patch
Shirt/Sweater
Scissors
Markers
Cut the shape you'd like to use....
Put on the shirt/sweater and use your marker to place a dot in the back where your elbow is...
Place your patch just above the dot you marked and iron the patch on, shiny side down.
Make sure you use the cotton setting on your iron.
